We are so excited you are considering making an appointment with us!

We are a pretty popular clinic these days, and are trying to handle demand as best we can while still striving to provide the highest quality of care based upon the best available medical evidence for the super cool field of allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology.  Hopefully, you can get an appointment in a timely manner, but at times it can take several weeks to get a new patient appointment. 

We have to say, though, we think we’re worth the wait! If you have an urgent need to get in, give us a call and ask to speak to one of our awesome allergy nurses.  In some scenarios, we could get you in sooner.  Also, your primary care office can call us if they need you to be seen urgently.  We always strive to work closely and communicate well with your primary care physician.

There are two ways to make an appointment:

1) Give us a call during normal business hours at 816-531-0930.  You may need to leave a message. 

2) Fill out our electronic appointment request form (located at the bottom of the page).  This form requires no personal health information (PHI).  Based upon your preference, you will either receive a phone call to schedule afterwards, or we can schedule you via Hushmail, our HIPAA-secure email provider. 

After your appointment is made, you should fill out our new patient paperwork BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.  The paperwork is a doozy, and it may take up to thirty minutes to fill-out, but it will let us learn a lot more about what brings you in, and use our scheduled appointment time more efficiently.  You don’t have to fill it out all at once.  You can save your work and come back to it later.  You fill it all out electronically though a HIPAA-secure form, at https://kcallergycenter.intakeq.com/new/9mld3a.
